George Lazenby had big boots to fill when he took over from Sean Connery. In the film James Bond goes undercover in the treacherous Swiss Alps in this action-packed filled with artillery laden ski pursuits, incredible stunts and non-stop thrills!George Lazenby leaps into the roll of agent 007 with supreme confidence and undeniable charisma, even finding love with the beautiful and seductive Tracy Di Vicenzo (Dianna Rigg). But first Bond must stop the evil Genius Blofeld (Telly Savalas) from realizing a germ warfare plot that could kill millions!
The first hour of this bores me. The fight at the start is dodgy and then most of the film we're reminded on the Sean Connery's films , because in the video it shows Sean's films and when he goes to see Marc Draco the mini man is whistling the Goldfinger theme tune. Then most of the action arrives when he ends up in Switzerland after breaking into a lawyers office.Then he travels to Piz Gloria undercover as Sir Hilary Bray and pretends to be a member of the college of Arms , but after co- MI6 agent Campbell tries to go up he gets hung from ice and reveals everything about Bond and the operation! Which is pretty retarded of him. Then Bond somehow manages to escape along a cable car cable which is unrealistic and then escapes down the mountain down into the village where Irma Bunt chases after them but they escape.... for the night. But somehow Blofeld captures Tracy after an avalanche which I thought was a pretty shitty moment. All of a sudden one of my fave moments happens , the attack on Piz Gloria but all of it blows up , its amazing what a tiny piece of Dynamite can do , it blows up the whole of fucking Piz Gloria. Then after that is the chase on the Bobsled I mean how the fuck Bond manages to stay on the back I have no idea , but it's fucking awesome how Blofeld survives after his neck gets stuck between a tree. After all this fucking craziness it's one to the happy bit , Bond finally marries Tracy and she becomes Tracy Bond and their off on their honeymoon in the shitty Aston Martin DBS before disaster strikes and Tracy Bond is gunned down by Irma Bunt with Ernst Stavro Blofeld driving. One of the only times you see Bond crying , the next is in Skyfall.
